Chynara Tolubaeva

Chynara assists colleagues and clients with quantitative modeling for the purpose of evaluating, structuring, optimizing, and closing corporate transactions.

She constructs and manages capitalization tables in connection with equity financings, debt to equity conversions, anti-dilution adjustments, and stock option grants, and performs related data conversion and analysis. She also creates hypothetical liquidation waterfalls and pricing spreadsheets, runs 280G and 701 analyses, and analyzes beneficial ownership and pro forma capitalization in connection with IPOs and other public offerings.

Chynara’s experience includes providing financial and management analysis for an Am Law 100 firm, a large public university, and a not-for-profit organization.

She has an M.S. Finance & Risk Management from the University of Colorado, Denver, and received her Bachelors degree in Math from Bogazici University in Turkey.
