Lowenstein Sandler represented technology-driven asset manager Quorus in its $5 million Series Seed round led by WisdomTree. Quorus helps asset managers curate distinctive custom portfolio offerings by integrating investment signals with a systematic tax management approach and simplifying the day-to-day operational complexities of running thousands of custom portfolios without increasing headcount or operational complexity.

The platform’s methodology is designed to incorporate tax considerations, investment objectives, and product expertise to support go-to-market conversations while overseeing and trading accounts on behalf of the asset manager and its clients.

Quorus intends to use the capital to expand the types of portfolio strategies the platform supports, improve functionality within its asset manager and advisor-facing interfaces, grow platform integrations, and invest in supporting go-to-market strategies with its asset manager partners.

The Lowenstein team included Abraham J. Kwon, Frank W. Eucalitto, Crystal McDonaldChynara Tolubaeva, and Cathy Sukovich.
