Dana Quinn’s practice focuses on providing transactional tax advice to companies, including startup businesses and their founders, and high net-worth individuals. In addition, Dana advises clients on the tax issues that arise during the formation of private funds, as well as in connection with their investments.

Dana also works on tax matters related to charitable organizations and other tax-exempt organizations.

Prior to joining the firm, Dana was an associate at Kirkland & Ellis, where she worked on federal income tax matters related to the structuring of mergers and acquisitions and the formation of private equity funds.
