Kathryn A. Threatt works on a variety of corporate matters, including fund formation, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and other complex transactions.

While pursuing her J.D., Kathryn held several internships, including with lululemon athletica where she conducted research on the legal landscape across multiple international jurisdictions and engaged with different departments to ensure legal compliance.

Kathryn was a recipient of a Technology, Media & Telecommunications Certificate through the Tech Bar’s Diversity Pipeline Program and the Intellectual Property Certificate through Richmond Law.

She is proficient in Spanish.
