Chad Weeks’ practice focuses on counseling startups and emerging companies throughout their entire life cycle, along with representing venture investors in financing, mergers and acquisitions, and other transactions.

Prior to joining the firm, Chad served as an extern for Judge Ethan  P. Schulman in San Francisco Superior Court. Before law school, he worked for several automotive groups, preparing documents, financial statements, tax records, sales contracts, and audits.

Chad is a co-founder and board member of Hey Hope Cancer, a nonprofit aimed at raising money for cancer patients. He also founded and served as a director for six years of Survivor Summer Camp, a week-long  summer camp for adolescents designed after the reality television show.
