Diane Moss is counsel at Lowenstein Sandler and focuses on commercial transactions and data privacy. She has significant experience in representing clients across various industries, including technology, entertainment, and health care. Diane counsels on complex legal and contractual matters and regularly drafts, negotiates, and advises on technology licensing agreements, master service agreements, developer agreements, and e-commerce agreements. She brings more than a decade of deal management experience to her practice and applies her broad perspective to meet client’s needs.
Prior to joining the firm, Diane served as Senior Corporate Counsel at Time Warner, Counsel to the Quincy Jones Listen Up Foundation, and Board Member of the Jonathan Levin Fund. She also served as legal advisor to Time Warner’s community relations arm, assisting in initiatives such as the collaboration with Cisco Systems to provide hardware and networking to New York City public schools and the reconstitution of the Apollo Theater Board of Directors and its community affairs programming.
