Diane Moss is counsel at Lowenstein Sandler and focuses on commercial transactions and Artificial Intelligence policies and regulations. She has significant experience in representing clients across various industries, including technology, digital advertising, media, entertainment, and health care. Diane counsels on complex legal and contractual matters and regularly drafts, negotiates, and advises on technology licensing agreements, terms of use, master service agreements, developer agreements, enterprise and e-commerce agreements. She brings more than a decade of deal management experience to her practice and applies her broad perspective to meet client’s needs.

Her AI policy and regulation work ranges from drafting policies and guidelines for the use of AI tools, negotiating and drafting AI focused collaboration agreements to advising clients on laws and regulatory frameworks applicable to AI. Diane assists companies in their compliance at all levels of business and proactively advises and prepares them.

Prior to joining the firm, Diane served as Senior Corporate Counsel at Time Warner, Counsel to the Quincy Jones Listen Up Foundation, and Board Member of the Jonathan Levin Fund. She also served as legal advisor to Time Warner’s community relations arm, assisting in initiatives such as the collaboration with Cisco Systems to provide hardware and networking to New York City public schools and the reconstitution of the Apollo Theater Board of Directors and its community affairs programming.
