Christopher Raymond advises angel investors, family offices, venture capital funds, and other entities on their investments in early stage and emerging growth companies.

He also represents startup, early stage, and emerging growth companies in the tech, tech-enabled, fintech, and life sciences sectors on general corporate, finance, and transactional matters.

Christopher is experienced in venture financings, M&A, public company advisory work, equity, SAFE, and debt financings. He negotiates primary stock sale and investors’ rights agreements; and counsels on secondary sale transactions, follow-on investments, director and officer elections and removals, onboarding and equitizing of company employees and advisors, and formalizing commercial relationships.
