Marianna Shelenkova's capital markets experience and M&A experience at Am Law 100 firms includes advising companies on corporate governance and securities law compliance matters, including reporting and disclosure obligations under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, compliance with SEC, NYSE, and NASDAQ rules and regulations, debt and equity capital raising transactions, and private and public M&A transactions, including SPACs and private equity offerings, among others.

Marianna also understands the entrepreneur mindset and the challenges of scaling a startup from the perspective of an in-house lawyer: she spent the past several years as Vice President and Associate General Counsel for a public media company. In this capacity, she oversaw all securities and public company corporate governance matters, working closely with outside counsel in the negotiation and execution of M&A transactions, investment transactions, and securities offerings; as well as collaborating closely with the finance, accounting, and management teams on periodic reporting filings, executive compensation matters, and general legal support.
