Chelsea Wong works on tax issues arising in the context of complex corporate transactions, such as mergers and acquisitions.

She was a summer associate at Lowenstein for two consecutive years, where she worked on tax matters for corporate and private clients, and drafted documents such as purchase agreement amendments, LLC agreements, and NDAs.

While pursuing her J.D., Chelsea interned at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission’s Division of Enforcement.

Chelsea is fluent in Cantonese and proficient in Spanish.
