Lowenstein Sandler represented AI training data platform Protege in its $25 million Series A venture capital financing. The round was led by Footwork with participation from existing investors CRV, Bloomberg Beta, Flex Capital, Shaper Capital, and Liquid 2 Ventures, among others. Protege intends to expand its operations and development efforts to continue making proprietary data accessible to AI developers in a safe and governed manner.
