Head of Quantitative Analysis

Eric assists colleagues and clients with quantitative modeling for the purpose of evaluating, structuring, optimizing, and closing corporate transactions.

He is experienced in constructing and managing capitalization tables (including price-per-share calculations in connection with equity financings, debt-to equity-conversions, and anti-dilution adjustments), hypothetical liquidation waterfalls, and M&A payout spreadsheet deliverables aligning underlying calculations to relevant transaction documents. He also performs detailed audits of existing pro forma capitalization tables, waterfall models, and payout spreadsheet deliverables prepared by clients, investors, or other law firms.

Eric led a quantitative analyst function for an Am Law 100 firm, worked in corporate FP&A for a multibillion-dollar life sciences corporation, and provided fund accounting services for a leading global private equity firm.

He has a B.S.B.A. in finance with minors in accounting, business ethics, and legal studies from the University of Denver.
