She regularly works on complex merger, acquisition, and venture capital transactions by conducting intellectual property and technology due diligence evaluations and negotiating key intellectual property terms and ancillary documents.
Lisa also advises clients on data security and privacy issues, including data transfers, and protection of personal data and other sensitive information.
