Lowenstein Sandler represented Effectual Holdings LLC (“Effectual”), the parent company of Effectual Inc., a cloud-first managed and professional services company working with commercial enterprises and the public sector to mitigate their risk and enable IT modernization; and Catalyst Investors, an equity holder of Effectual, in an equity recapitalization transaction.
The recapitalization gives SDC Capital Partners, LLC, a global digital infrastructure investment firm focused on data centers, fiber networks, wireless infrastructure, and associated businesses, a majority stake in Effectual; and will provide Effectual with the resources to fuel its growth and acquisition strategy.
