Revel Atkinson focuses on advising public corporations, privately-owned businesses and private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies in a broad range of transactional matters, including domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and minority investments. In addition to managing transactions and drafting a wide array of transactional documents, he also regularly counsels clients on general corporate and governance matters.

Prior to joining Lowenstein Sandler, Revel worked with early-stage business ventures in New York and New Mexico, as well as abroad in Asia, South America, and Europe.
