Seth represents policyholders in high stakes disputes with insurance companies across a range of industries, including private equity, real estate, financial services, retail, sports, manufacturing, and pharmaceuticals.
He has extensive litigation experience at both the trial and appellate levels in both state and federal courts, and has also worked on government and regulatory investigations.
Seth’s diverse litigation experience includes the representation of a leading pharmaceutical company in a complex insurance coverage matter involving two separate towers of insurance and more than a dozen insurance companies; and representing investors in litigation and appeals of insurance coverage actions related to mergers and acquisitions, corporate bankruptcy, and other commercial liabilities.
Seth is a current member of the Council on Judicial Administration at the New York City Bar Association, which oversees the Association’s efforts to advise and comment on the structure and rules in New York’s state and federal courts.
He formerly clerked for the Honorable Patty Shwartz, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, and the Honorable Claire C. Cecchi, U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.
Seth graduated first in his class at Fordham University School of Law, where he now is an Adjunct Professor of Legal Writing.
