Lowenstein Sandler represented threat intelligence platform Q6 Cyber in its receipt of a strategic growth investment from Charlesbank Capital Partners’ Technology Opportunities team. Q6 monitors the ‘digital underground’ to prevent fraud or other cyber incidents before clients incur losses. The growth capital supports Q6’s initiatives to invest in and add to its product suite, expand both commercially and geographically, and pursue strategic acquisitions for greater capabilities.
