Lowenstein Sandler represented System One Holdings’ management team and rollover participants in its continued investment from funds managed by Oaktree Capital Management and StepStone Group. System One is a leading provider of specialized, highly technical outsourced services and workforce solutions to end markets with critical infrastructure.
System One will use the funding to enhance its growth strategy, strengthen its client service, and invest in expanding its services and solutions offerings.
Lowenstein has represented System One’s management team since its original management buyout of the business in 2007. Since then, the firm has advised the management team in more than six subsequent financings and sales of the business to private equity sponsors.
