Lowenstein Sandler represented Arvo, the AI meeting assistant for financial institutions, in its acquisition by financial AI operating system Rogo. Arvo helps firms automate notetaking in meetings with a system purposefully catered to compliance requirements, finance-specific terminology, and industry-specific systems of record. The acquisition integrates both platforms, allowing meeting notes generated by Arvo to go directly into Rogo’s platform for a streamlined user experience.
