Katherine “Kate” E. Hewitt works on a variety of corporate matters, including fund formation, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and other complex transactions.

While pursuing her J.D., Kate served as a judicial intern for the Hon. Frank D. Whitney in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of North Carolina, and a research assistant to Professor Martha Grace Duncan at Emory University School of Law. She also served as a legal extern for The Coca-Cola Company. 

Kate is proficient in Spanish.
