The Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors of Windsor Marketing Group (WMG), a Connecticut-based marketing company focused on in-store marketing for retailers, has hired Lowenstein Sandler as legal counsel in its Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings. Claiming strained liquidity stemming primarily from changes in the retail industry, Windsor reports approximately $15 million in both assets and liabilities. The Lowenstein team is led by Mary E. Seymour and Andrew Behlmann.
