Together, the debtors operate 35 supermarkets across Connecticut, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, and Virginia. The company filed for Chapter 11 protection on August 23, 2020, in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York. The Lowenstein team is led by Kenneth A. Rosen, Mary E.
