Jeremy’s practice focuses on corporate bankruptcy and creditors’ rights matters, including bankruptcy-related litigation.
Previously, Jeremy served as law clerk to the Honorable Cecelia G. Morris, Chief Judge of the United States Bankruptcy Court, Southern District of New York, and to the Honorable John K. Sherwood of the United States Bankruptcy Court, District of New Jersey.
Prior to his clerkships, he was a litigation associate at a regional New Jersey-based firm. During law school, Jeremy clerked for the Florida Department of Education, where he prepared briefs for administrative hearings.
Jeremy is active in the community, having served as the Babak Najafi Memorial Scholarship Fund’s Event Management Volunteer since 2006, and as a volunteer judge for the Vincent J. Apruzzese High School Mock Trial Competition.
