Lowenstein Sandler’s Bankruptcy & Restructuring Department has been selected as counsel to the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors in the Chapter 11 bankruptcy of Work ‘N Gear, LLC, a retail chain with 35 stores in 11 states that offers work wear apparel and footwear for use in service, industrial, and healthcare environments. Work ‘N Gear, LLC filed for voluntary Chapter 11 protection in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey.
