Lowenstein Sandler represented The Wing, the female-focused coworking startup, in connection with IWG Plc’s investment into the company. Lowenstein has represented The Wing since its Series A funding round in 2017.
Switzerland-based IWG, which pioneered flexible offices more than 30 years ago under the Regus brand, has acquired a stake in the startup through investing an undisclosed sum to facilitate its growth.
The Lowenstein deal team included Steven E. Siesser, Traci M. Tomaselli, Eric J. Weiner, Samantha Fox, Jesse S. O’Connell, Nicole Stefanelli, Michael T. Melchiorre, and Mitchell DaSilva.
