Lowenstein Sandler represented Uncle Arnie’s, a leading THC and hemp-infused beverage brand, in its $7.5 million Series A funding round to support the company’s strategic growth. The round was co-led by Mindset Capital and Delta Emerald Ventures. Uncle Arnie’s intends to expand into new state markets and continue growth in high-performing regions, as well as invest in its team internally.
