David Yovanoff ’s practice focuses on a variety of business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity strategic add-ons, joint ventures, startup capital raises, and other general corporate matters.

David works primarily with domestic and international mid-market and emerging-growth companies as well as private equity firms across an array of industries. He handles diligence matters, purchase agreements, and ancillary documents throughout the life of a transaction. David also has experience drafting startup financing documents, including seed financing, simple agreements for future equity, private placements, Series A investments, and NVCA documents, among other general corporate formation and governance documents. 

He is the founder of a community-based real estate development company focused on sustainable housing and urban farming techniques in upstate New York.
