Lowenstein Sandler represented Miller Environmental Group, a Coalesce Capital portfolio company, in its acquisition of ACE Environmental Services, a full-service provider of environmental services for commercial, industrial, marine, and residential markets in the Mid-Atlantic region.
Miller intends to leverage ACE’s footprint to further concentrate its presence in the Mid-Atlantic market and better serve customers with a comprehensive suite of industry-leading environmental services capabilities.
