Lauren Vanderdrift represents a variety of companies involved in mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. She also advises clients on general corporate governance matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Lauren worked in the office of the Hon. John K. Sherwood of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey, where she conducted legal research, prepared bench memoranda, and drafted opinions on diverse issues arising under the Bankruptcy Code. She also worked as a case assistant in intellectual property litigation for Kirkland & Ellis LLP and as a marketing intern for BASF Polyurethanes in Brussels.

With a dedication to the communities in which she lives and works, Lauren served as a legal intern for the New Jersey Institute for Social Justice. She worked with recently released prisoners on job acquisition and job retention skills and researched causes for social and economic disparities for use in future legal reforms.
