• Discuss the recently enacted privacy laws in Virginia and Colorado and compare each to the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and its progeny, the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA)
• Explore the status of enforcement under the California privacy laws
• Discuss inventory recently introduced and other pending legislation in other U.S. states
• Discuss compliance strategies for companies subject to some or all of the foregoing regimes
