Effective May 14, 2022, in an effort to improve pay equity among employees, New York will follow similar efforts in states like Colorado and Connecticut by requiring employers with four or more employees to include the minimum and maximum salary for a position in its job postings, including those for promotion and transfer opportunities.

Please join Lowenstein’s Tech Group and Employment Counseling & Litigation attorneys, Dotan Barnea, Julie Levinson Werner, and Amy Schwind, and Amit Rapaport, co-founder and CEO of Compete, as they discuss legal aspects of this new law, expectations of the New York City Commission on Human Rights for New York employers in light of this law, and best practices for companies to consider in preparation for this mandate. Professionals in legal, human resource, and compliance functions will especially benefit from the discussion.

Time: 10-11 a.m. ET
