Andrew Behlmann will address in house counsel on the program entitled, "Electronic Transactions – Where the Click is (Sometimes) Mightier Than the Pen." The presentation will discuss how to create valid, legally binding contracts in online transactions, the enforceability of electronic contracts, using e-signatures in court, browsewrap, emails as contracts, and social media in credit and collections. Andrew will be joined by the Chief Technology Officer of Financial Network, Inc., a provider of electronic consumer credit application and underwriting systems to large banks and other lenders; and an in-house counsel.
