Patti oversees and provides strategic direction for all aspects of lawyer career development, including performance feedback, coaching and mentoring, orientation, training and CLE, promotions, and other career transitions.
In addition to aiding the attorneys, she is a leader in the design and rollout of Lowenstein University, a platform that delivers robust learning opportunities for lawyers, staff, clients, alumni, and other friends of the firm. Patti also creates and delivers training programs for Lowenstein's support staff on topics ranging from performance management to the development of trust. Patti has extensive experience on the change management front and plays an active role in the firm's Diversity and Inclusion initiatives.
Prior to joining Lowenstein, Patti was a litigator handling employment and civil rights litigation. She also served as a member of the Passaic County District XI Ethics Committee and a trustee of the Passaic County Bar Association.
