Director of Professional Development

Bringing three decades of law firm experience to the table, Patti provides strategic and innovative direction for all aspects of lawyer career development, including performance management, coaching, mentoring, training, secondments, advancement, and other career transitions.  She ensures that PD considerations are incorporated in overall firm strategy and that colleagues can readily access PD services to augment their efforts and results.  Her strengths around emotional intelligence, project and change management, and inclusive leadership, allow her to transform ideas into positive outcomes for the firm, its employees, and our clients. 

In addition to overseeing Lowenstein University, Patti led the development of Lowenstein’s formal work allocation and sponsorship programs along with our engagement interview and real-time feedback loops.  She facilitates customized 360 reviews and off-sites for our legal and business teams.  Patti enjoys collaborating with our IT and KR teams to ensure employees have access to progressive AI training, innovation competitions and other initiatives that foster our growth mindset culture.  She is also passionate about speaking on topics such as self-advocacy and ways for employers to support neurodiverse talent.

Prior to her career in talent management with Lowenstein, Patti was a litigator handling employment and civil rights litigation. She also served as a member of the Passaic County District XI Ethics Committee.
