Jaclyn is a licensed human resources professional with extensive experience in recruiting, professional development, benefits, payroll, and continuing legal education in the legal industry.
Responsible for managing the firm-wide recruitment and hiring activities of Lowenstein’s Business Services Group (BSG) members, Jaclyn works collaboratively with attorneys and hiring managers to identify needs across all practice areas and departments, and to develop comprehensive staffing strategies and processes. She also builds and maintains relationships with outside employment agencies.
As the firm’s primary contact for BSG candidates, Jaclyn conducts pre-screening, interviews, testing, and selection of applicants to identify the most qualified candidates for consideration. She manages the BSG Mentor Program Committee, assigning mentors to new employees, training new mentors, and monitoring the process; she also manages the on-boarding process and orientation for new employees.
Jaclyn received her Bachelor of Arts from Drexel University.
