A registered patent attorney, Reese Bastian’s practice focuses on preparing and prosecuting patent applications involving a wide range of hardware, software and Internet-related technologies, including for autonomous vehicles.

Reese is a former patent administrator for a startup developer of low-cost diagnostics and health information technologies.

He interned for the Honorable Reed O’Connor of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas.

Reese was a research assistant at Texas A&M University School of Law and in Brigham Young University’s Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering in the Radio Astronomy research group.
