Geena Caporale represents public and private companies, funds, private equity sponsors, banks, and other financial institutions in complex financing transactions, with a particular focus on debt financings and venture financings.

Geena counsels both direct borrowers and direct lenders in debt financing transactions: she drafts, reviews, and negotiates agreements, loan agreements, term sheets, commitment papers, collateral and security documents, and other agreements related to secured and unsecured facilities for term, revolving, and asset-based loans.

Before joining Lowenstein, Geena clerked for the Hon. Edgardo Ramos of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York. She was also a recipient of the highly selective Alexander Fellowship.
