Anish Patel works on a variety of litigation matters including complex commercial disputes and white-collar criminal cases.
Before joining Lowenstein, Anish clerked for the Honorable Matthew W. Brann, Chief Judge of the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, and for the Honorable Lee A. Solomon, Associate Justice of the Supreme Court of New Jersey.
Anish was a member of Lowenstein Sandler’s 1L Scholars Program as well as its Summer Associate program. While pursuing his J.D., he participated in Seton Hall’s Impact Litigation Clinic, where he successfully delivered oral arguments as pro bono counsel in an appeal before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, leading to a published decision reinstating a damages award for the Clinic’s client.
Anish also interned with The Honorable John M. Vazquez of the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey and The Honorable Patty Shwartz of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
