The New York-based, high-end, off-price department store chain filed for Chapter 11 protection in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York, along with several affiliates, on September 10, 2020. Century 21 operates 13 retail stores across New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Florida, along with an e-commerce platform. The Lowenstein team is led by Jeffrey Cohen, Kenneth A. Rosen, Lynda A.
