Lowenstein Sandler represented global crypto platform Anchorage Digital in its acquisition of Securitize For Advisors (SFA), a leading crypto wealth management platform for registered investment advisors from its parent company Securitize. The acquisition enables Anchorage to expand its wealth management offerings by leveraging SFA’s front-end platform, product vision, and team expertise.
The acquisition also strengthens Anchorage’s existing partnership with SFA and unifies its wealth management offering by trading, custody, and client interface under one roof.
