PitchBook’s Q1 2026 Global League Tables have ranked Lowenstein Sandler among the 10 most active law firms for Venture Capital and Emerging Company (ECVC) transactions in both the United States and globally.

The rankings reflect Lowenstein’s broad strength across the venture ecosystem, including investor- and company-side representations, key geographic markets, and a range of industry verticals and deal stages. In total, the firm earned rankings across 31 categories spanning geographic markets, industry sectors, deal stages, and both company- and investor-side representations.

Globally, Lowenstein earned top10 ranking in categories ranging from ‘most active law firms overall,’ ‘most active in exits’ (including M&A for venture backed companies), ‘most active in early stage,’ ‘most active in company side representations,’ and ‘investor-side representations.’ and ‘most active in software’ deals. Lowenstein’s top 10 rankings included categories for ‘company-side representations,’ ‘investor-side representations,’ and, significantly, overall.’ These global rankings carry added weight as Lowenstein is one of only two firms to earn this recognition while operating exclusively within the United States.”

The firm also earned strong rankings across major geographic markets, including top 10 rankings in venture deals and exits on the West Coast and Mid-Atlantic, and in Israel (where Lowenstein earned the #4 slot), underscoring the breadth of Lowenstein’s platform and the reach of its venture capital practice.
