Lowenstein Sandler is co-hosting a seminar with the Managed Funds Association for registered investment advisors and private fund managers entitled, "Understanding the Case for Alternative Data and Web Scraping." This seminar will examine the how web scraping and alternative data are impacting the investment process for fund managers. The panel discussion will focus on the technology challenges to verifying, assimilating and evaluating the data, and the legal implications of using alternative data. Peter Greene will moderate the panel which will include Rajesh T. Krishnamachari, PhD, Quantitative Investment Strategist, J.P.
