Amy’s experience spans several different areas of litigation, including a variety of employment and business litigation matters. In addition to various litigation aspects, she regularly handles client inquiries regarding compliance with and developments in federal and state employment laws, and works with company management, in-house counsel, and human resources to develop and revise employment policies and handbooks.

Amy is an active member of Lowenstein Sandler’s pro bono program, where she advocates for clients in various trial and appellate proceedings. Her work encompasses representation of victims of domestic violence, as well as representation in the areas of education, employment, family, immigration, and tenancy law. Amy has also served as a Lowenstein Fellow at Essex-Newark Legal Services, where she worked as a pro bono lawyer representing tenants in housing disputes.

Amy is a former summer associate with the firm. Her prior experience includes serving as a judicial extern for the Honorable Barry T. Albin, Supreme Court of New Jersey; and as a research assistant to Solangel Maldonado, Joseph M. Lynch Professor of Law at Seton Hall University School of Law.
