Rosa Colón leads Lowenstein's marketing technology function, overseeing the firm's digital marketing and business development platforms, including its websites, analytics, AI tools, email marketing, CRM/ERM systems, experience management, and multimedia production. In her nearly ten years at the firm, she has played a central role in building and scaling the technology infrastructure that supports Lowenstein's marketing and business development operations.

Rosa spearheaded the development and launch of Lowenstein's AI chatbot — the first of its kind among law firms — which garnered coverage in Law360, Law.com, and LegalTech News. She also leads the firm's podcast program, which has grown to more than 250 episodes across ten series, surpassing 340,000 listens and earning a top-five national ranking among law firms by Good2Bsocial.

Prior to her current role, Rosa served as a project manager at Vuture, where she guided more than 60 professional services firms through the implementation of email marketing and CRM platforms. She has also held marketing technology roles at Kaye Scholer and Citrin Cooperman.

Rosa is an active leader in the Legal Marketing Association, currently serving as Co-Chair of the Technology Committee at LMA International. She holds a B.S. in Public Relations from Harding University.
