Leslie Gold is responsible for developing, executing, and marketing the firm's knowledge management strategy and innovation initiatives. She provides strategic and operational leadership of the firm's Knowledge and Research Services Department, including oversight of research services, business intelligence, and knowledge management staff.

Leslie has nearly twenty years of experience in the legal industry and over eight years of experience driving innovation in legal technology, knowledge management, and AI transformation, with a proven track record of building enterprise knowledge systems, deploying cutting-edge legal AI solutions, and managing complex stakeholder relationships at partner and executive levels. A former practicing attorney, Leslie most recently served as Lead Knowledge & Innovation Attorney at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP, where she led AI strategy and knowledge infrastructure for over two hundred attorneys across the Finance and Capital Markets practice groups.

Prior to her knowledge management career, Leslie practiced corporate law at Paul, Weiss Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP and Morrison Cohen LLP. A member of the New York Bar, Leslie earned her J.D. from New York University School of Law, where she served as a Notes Editor on the Law Review, and her B.A. in International Studies, summa cum laude, from American University.
