As Director of Human Resources, Pat oversees crucial matters that impact Lowenstein employees, including staff recruiting, training and development, benefits, and employee relations.  

Pat brings a remarkable knowledge base to her role that is rooted in over 20 years of experience as a Lowenstein legal secretary and nearly 10 years as the firm's Secretarial Services Manager. She leads the HR function with a deep understanding of Lowenstein's organizational structure and culture.
