Pro Bono and Community Service Manager

Jen serves as the administrative manager for the firm's pro bono practice and oversees the center's daily operations. Jen evaluates new projects and initiatives, works with nonprofits to coordinate trainings for volunteers, serves as a specialist in state guidelines on pro bono practice, and coordinates volunteer recognition. She is responsible for center outreach and publications and for coordinating the center’s social media. In addition, Jen oversees the firm's community service activities, including non-skills-based service initiatives, donation drives, and charitable fundraising efforts. Before joining the firm, Jen worked as a Community Engagement Coordinator with Heifer International, where she managed a portfolio of local donor and volunteer groups. Earlier, she served as Volunteer Manager at New York Common Pantry, a food and social service organization in East Harlem, New York. Jen received an M.S.W. from Columbia University and a B.A. from George Washington University.
