Director of User Experience

Ahmed oversees all aspects of end users’ interaction with the firm’s computer systems and with the IT department. He ensures an optimal experience by all users with the firm’s end user support function, supervises training programs, and collaborates with team members to improve users’ experiences with all IT services, applications, and processes.

Ahmed works closely with many of the firm’s administrative departments, including Finance, Human Resources and Professional Development advising the best technology solutions for various groups; and implements improvements to all end user environments, including physical setup, applications, and mobile access to internal resources. He identifies and researches new tools and runs pilot programs, eventually incorporating them into the end user environment as needed. He also participates in the creation and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures, policies, SLAs, and a technical and end user knowledge base as part of the firm’s ongoing efforts to ensure consistently efficient, effective client service.

Ahmed has worked in the IT departments at several Am Law 200 firms. He studied Information Technology and Systems at Marist College.
