Ahmed serves as Director of Technology Experience and Innovation, leading the firm’s efforts to deliver a streamlined, intuitive, and high-impact technology environment for attorneys and staff. He oversees end-user support, training, and endpoint engineering, and is responsible for continuously improving the day-to-day technology experience across the firm with a focus on reliability, consistency, and ease of use.

In this role, Ahmed partners closely with administrative and business functions including Knowledge Management, Finance, Human Resources, Marketing, Professional and Business Development to translate firm priorities into practical, scalable technology solutions. His portfolio spans office environments, core legal and business applications, and mobility, ensuring that technology enables efficient operations and supports the firm’s growth objectives.

Ahmed also leads the identification and evaluation of emerging technologies that can advance the firm strategically. He directs pilot initiatives, guides change management and adoption and ensures that new solutions demonstrate clear value before broader deployment. A central focus of his work is enhancing how attorneys work, collaborate, and access information, enabling them to deliver exceptional client service. This includes the thoughtful application of AI to reduce repetitive work, improve knowledge discovery, and strengthen the firm’s ability to operate at scale.

Before joining the firm, Ahmed held technology roles at other Am Law 200 firms. He studied Information Technology at Marist College.
