Yelky Perez provides counsel to investment advisers, originators, servicers, private equity sponsors, financial institutions, non-profit institution and other market participants in complex finance transactions across the mortgage and structured finance markets.

Yelky advises clients on cradle-to-grave business and asset lifecycle matters, including business formation, acquisitions, platform expansion, financing strategies, asset sales, securitizations, and exit transactions. Her experience includes the trading and financing of loans and mortgage servicing rights, structuring and negotiating secured and unsecured credit facilities and, asset purchases and sales. She also counsels clients on servicing and subservicing arrangements, as well as the development of conduits for asset acquisition and disposition.

Yelky was previously a Lowenstein Sandler summer associate and 1L Summer Scholar. She served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Esther Salas of the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.

Yelky is fluent in Spanish.
