Thomas Lynch counsels public and private companies on a variety of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and employment issues.

A former Lowenstein summer associate, he also gained experience while pursuing his J.D. at Emory University by serving as an intern for the Georgia Capital Defender and an extern for the North Georgia Low Income Tax Clinic, both in Atlanta, GA. In addition, Thomas has worked as an immigration paralegal, preparing applications for U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services.

Thomas is proficient in Spanish.
