Talia Rubin works on a variety of corporate matters, including fund formation, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and other complex transactions.

Talia has completed internships with Lincoln Square Legal Services, Inc.’s Right to Housing Clinic, a former New York City Councilmember, and a campaign for a local county prosecutor in Ann Arbor, Michigan.
