Sushanth Sunil works on a variety of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, fund formation, corporate governance, and other complex transactions. 

While pursuing his J.D. at Emory School of Law, Sushanth served as a research assistant for Professor Jessica Roberts on her work with the Harvard Journal of Law & Technology. He is a former Lowenstein summer associate. 

Before his legal career, Sushanth was an undergraduate research assistant within the University of Michigan’s Pathology Department.
